So the barn is actually a barn, it was built around 1875 in Schenevus, New York by Immigrants that most likely passed through Ellis Island looking for a new life in the New World. The Barn itself was originally 32’x45’ and stood 34’ tall. Construction was from hemlock and pine logs and was cut and put together using the mortis and tenon method using wooden pegs to tie the timbers together. We constructed a loft as the original barn had a loft and we will use that for storage mostly. Our concept is fast reliable and quality service along with product in a drive thru setting. And our drive thru will be an experience of its own with music, electronic graphics, the setting the barn, and the friendly service. Our POS system was designed to be fast, reliable and user friendly. We will have hand held units, kiosks for self-service drive thru ordering, we will have online ordering as well. Food offerings are proposed to be from 5am-11pm 7 days a week and our lunch and dinner will include, wood fired pizza, sandwiches, chicken strips, burgers, soft tacos, corndogs, hot dogs, catfish/shrimp baskets and much more. Breakfast will consist of smoothies, breakfast tacos, coffee, lattes, craft coffee, fresh juices. We will have fresh hot donuts and have an automatic donut machine that can make 400 donuts per hour with our custom dough. To Go Barn has a mixed beverage license and will sell margaritas and daiquiris to go both frozen and on rocks, specialty liquor-based coffee drinks, and beer. In addition to food and beverage, we will sell bagged ice, water, milk, eggs, and some basic convenience store items.
This place rocks, new to the area and a very unique method to serve your needs. I went to the gun store next door and decided to give it a try before going home. Pulled in to the drive through and ordered the combo fajitas and a strawberry margarita They were fairly quick getting the order out to me maybe 10 minutes. I'm sure if you call ahead and order it will be awaiting your arrival. The fajitas are excellent and the sides and sauces that come with it are fresh and well pre paired. Any way long story short me and the wifey made 2 meals out of the order with enough left for a snack and they are delicious. I will go again and try the other various offerings they have. Highly recommended!!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Was happy to just have a drive thru daiquiri barn but when I tried the food I was very pleased at the quality. On top of that, the service is EXCELLENT. I've been 3 times since they've opened and will continue to go back.

Every time we have come the food has been delicious here. Philly cheesesteak is great and the chicken tenders are large... fries are thick and flavorful! Get a drink to go... friendly staff, quick... won't disappoint!
